Have to open up a little about #mentalhealth and #medication

So yeah, I have #bipolardisorder #ADD and bad #Restlesslegssyndrome . I don't have proper meds for bipolar disorder. I've tried dozens and dozens different meds, none of those really worked and instead just brought some bad side effects.
For ADD I can't have medication because of heart arrhythmia which has been serious sometimes, I once called an ambulance for myself in the middle of the night because I thought I was going to die.
