So fun story! Over the weekend I was thinking about NGE, and my retro TV setup that includes a DVD player, and my questionably acquired 1080p rip of Evangelion with the original English dub added as an alternate audio track. So I used Handbrake to downscale the first episode to 720p with just the dub, bought some blank DVDs at Walmart, dusted off the external drive, and ta-da! Evangelion the old fashioned way! #RetroAnime #RetroTech #Evangelion
