Just wanted to give a toot shoutout to the 50+ year old Thermos I still use to transport my daughters' supper every Wednesday (to munch in the short window between tennis & Brownies!).

I love the idea that such a mundane domestic object was probably off on camping adventures years before I was even born, and continues to do good service til this day (keeps two bowls of pasta & garlic bread piping hot). I hope the girls use it for their kids one day.
