Kytor Industries 5X-Y-Z Scart adapter for the RetroTINK-5X Pro. Adds up quite a bulk to the device and not a tight fit either, however, there is no other way (unless you could desifn your own) to alter the weird angle/location the 5X Scart input has. Not cheap either.

The shell is a 3D print, so that you can do it yourself instead of purchasing and they are sold separately.
