I'll always feel bad for the oliphants in Return of the King in the same way I feel bad for the rancor in Return of the Jedi.

They're not inherently evil - in fact, they're probably naturally quite gentle (for the most part), but they've been mistreated and forced to do the lousy bidding of evil jerks, and wind up dying painful, unnecessary deaths.

I watched the #LordOfTheRings: the #ReturnOfTheKing in #IMAX last night at the movie theater, after seeing the first two episodes within the last two months, in IMAX as well.
I can’t believe the trilogy is already 20 years old, it’s holding up so well!
I’ve seen it so many times and it still gave me goosebumps… Really enjoyed.
