Quick #RideReport from my Sunday 200 km ride. This was the second 200k of the month, this time solo. Again, the route dipped into Illinois. Compared to the previous ride, I took it easier and there was overall less elevation. This made a big difference in how hard the ride felt -- I felt pretty good the whole time, was able to eat well.
