Just found out my sister won't be getting her Christmas present thanks to #DPD couriers destroying her parcel.

Was supposed to go from Knutsford to Chester but went to Hinckley (Leicestershire) before being 'destroyed' in Warrington.

As well as a hamper containing cheese, it had a bottle of port. Can't help but be suspicious as to how it came to be destroyed.

What is a courier service if it can't do logistics?

#DirectHeating schemes' #ripoff of the poor should be stamped out fast. My last #GasBill was €37 (using hardly any heating but using a gas hob). A friend in an apartment with #Kaizen direct heating has no gas cooking and hasn't turned the gas on or used *any heating, but got a #StandingCharge bill of €55. And mostly the people in these #apartments are #poor #working people

just got the 4K version of #MuppetChristmasCarol for my missus (she adores it) off Amazon…. Massive #RipOff be warned it is NOT the version with the lost song “When Love is Gone” restored to its original place!
