I bet you they won't do that shit if they were forced to pay €2/l for ROZ95E5 gasoline, diesel or € 0,62/kWh for electricity.
Also shit like that is illegal [senseless / pointless driving within ity limits] in Germany for a reason and towing companies would turn a profit removing these hinderances from public roads...
