On my #dotnet #Roslyn problems, buried in this thread is a mention of a package I should have used:

With this package (https://github.com/jaredpar/basic-reference-assemblies), my generated DLL can be referenced in a project and that project will build and Rider sees the classes inside it (the latter was also true before).

But, at runtime, it complains that it can't find my DLL. It's in the bin output, sitting right there, but nope.

Sweet. My #Roslyn codgen prototype works. My #dotnet is generating a DLL from the data in my postgres db.

This was necessary so I can use the UI in my app to build a form for data entry, but generate a strongly-typed class for searching and indexing. That matters most for being able to range searches, which is what makes most dashboards, reports and calendar displays work.

Next is using those classes to convert and store the data in a #Marten db on the same postgres container.
