#Books I'm reading now: The Book of Delights, by Ross Gay.

I didn't realize when I picked up The Book of Delights that it is a daily gratitude journal in essay form, a delightful coincidence since I had just started my own daily practice of journaling gratitude. Okay, we can split hairs over whether delight and gratitude are synonyms, but they're close enough for me to enjoy the coincidence and to expand my own ideas about what gratitude can be.
