had a blast running my #FVTT #RoTRL campaign last night! As usual, my group zigged instead of zagging, so it was a lot of me moving stuff around and reacting to their antics.
Great fun!

did a one-on-one #FVTT #RoTRL session with a player who had his previous one die. Since he decided to be from Sandpoint and be a cleric we went back in time 5 years to when he had to deal with some local problems, turned out to be a blast of a session as he connected some of the things that were happening today in the campaign with people from the past.
I think in future I will do that with a few characters before starting a campaign - then jump forward to it.

In my #RotRL campaign the players almost all died in Thistletop, instead of scouting the area and seeing all the goblins camping there, they snuck into the fortress and started a fight.

Worse, they locked themselves into a dead end and had to take drastic measures (cutting through the roof) to escape. Sadly, one of the heroes died during the escape.

Now, I guess the goblins will attack Sandpoint ASAP.

Should be nasty.

@laidbackdm running an #OSE or #OldSchoolEssentials game (homebrew) and an #SWPF or #SavagePathfinder game ( #RotRL #RiseoftheRunelords) and I'm playing in a #PF1e game ( #CarrionCrown ). Been also running some occasional one-shots in various other systems.
