Tonight’s was a rolling ride through the forests of Santo Antônio do Pinhal in São Paulo. Few views, nice ride, hard to find rhythm, still tired.

40km indoor bike ride

Some major climbs and my quads are on fire

I did the thing of skipping lunch and having GU gels before - and OMG what a difference it made.

I had one pack before and another after 20km. Absolute magic.

Did a 50km indoor bike ride, longest ride since last summer

Found a stunning route on along Riding Mountain National Park in Manitoba, some easy climbs and a fun 10k downhill finish just to sprint

Took me just under 2h and I’m not especially tired. Very nice.

Did an FTP test today because why not

It looks like my FTP has increased since January! I’m so happy!

It’s now, according to Garmin, “Fair”, because before it was just total utter garbage.

Working out more now to bring it to acceptable levels.

The new 'paced rides' feature in is really handy, particularly for recovery/z1/z2 rides: just select the easy option and go.

Whisper it quietly, as I never thought I'd succumb, but I'm quite enjoying virtual racing these days. Came second in a sprint finish between the group I ended up in tonight, albeit way behind the leaders.

Never been one for the turbo but started a trial on , did a couple of routes to see how it works. Overall very good 👍 .. 😂 Can see why people hate cyclists in London, the London route had me cycling through red lights..😂

jetzt weiß ich wieder warum ich nicht weiter verwendet habe.
Wollte heute morgen den trial Zeitraum nutzen, habe aber nach 2 Versuchen und nicht richtig funktionierender Steuerung meines Rollentrainers aufgegeben. Bin dann zu gewechselt und da hat das funktioniert.

Oprášil jsem doma cyklotrenažér, chci obnovit předplatné a už měsíční plán zvedla na 430 .- 😳
Před rokem jsem platil 10 €. Aplikace je to super, ale asi nastal čas se vrátit

Místo zkouším aplikaci videa má lepší,ale není zde tolik tras jak na Rouvy.Ale může to být super pouštět trénink přes velkou televizi.Ještě vyzkoušet
Škoda jen,že žádná aplikace nejde pod Linuxem.
