@emmahunneyball Royal Mail has entered the race to the bottom since it was sold off. Useless track trace. Sold off all the assets, probably to pay directors and shareholders bonuses. Much being made of the impact of #RoyalMailStrike today and tomorrow. While strikes are obviously disruptive (that’s the point) it’s clear that #RoyalMail have serious underlying operational issues which are leading to delays, lost post, and a propensity to call 24 or 48 hr services an “aim” not a commitment. Not fair to badge everything up as strike issues.
