About to repost something like this, but: Because this radio DJ isn’t hosting her usual radio show I listen to on Wednesdays, I’ve been able to do watches on #WWE events I haven’t seen. Today is the 2017 #RoyalRumble, held in the same venue as the 2022 one. It’s okay. Non-Rumble match highlight is AJ Styles/John Cena by far.

I wanted to replay the #RoyalRumble on a television. I watched the Rumble on my iPad because of the #USMNT friendly on TNT. I was forced to watch the rest of the Rumble on iPhone because of buffering issues with my iPad from about when Booker T entered the Rumble. That said, I put on the replay on #Peacock and what did I get afterwards? A #WWE Fan Council survey about the Rumble, lol.

Bummer to see the end of Sami Zayn with the Bloodline at #RoyalRumble. The segments were always great. It was always bound to go this way and hopefully some good storytelling will follow, but I'll miss the Honerary Uce.

#RoyalRumble thoughts:

1) Wasn’t expecting the men’s Rumble to be first. I’m lost on why people thought it was so bad? I thought GUNTHER/Cody would be something smarks would want if it wasn’t WWE.

2) Didn’t hate the Lights Out match, but looking at some reactions via the bird app, the match was hard to look at live with the UV light to make the things glow and all.

2.5) Saw someone try to slam that match by invoking Naomi and they said the UV/black light was “blue.” 😬
