It's something I've worked hard on lately and I couldn't be any more delighted to string these 1k splits together.

Stumbled across a #ParkRun #Barcode widget in #Garmin #ConnectIQ last night.

Used it at todays #Meadowmill #ParkRun and it works perfectly.

Easy to install and setup and, crucially, allows for the storage and display of your ICE details.

Well worth a look - might mean the Don't Forget You Barcode hashtag has to be changed to Don't Forget Your Watch though 😉

Interested to know how others prepare for an event/race.

I've created a 'race checklist' template within a to-do list app, categorising the tasks I need to do for race week; the night before, race day etc.

When I sign up for a race I then create a 'project' from that template and use this to make sure I have everything in place come race day.

It's not quite working for me. It might be the list is incomplete? Maybe there's a better way?
