#Introduction Late 50s, blind, politically progressive, very much heartened by the election results last week, though my state (Indiana) remains very much red. I’m a baseball nerd, dues-paying member of #SABR. I’ve been married for 10 years to a professor of Biblical languages who is also a Braille transcriber. She’s made it very clear she’s not following me here. I have a 19-year-old daughter who lives in Washington State. My wife and I are also parents to 3 cats and her guide dog Ursula.

Probably too early to post this here, but yesterday we spent a long time discussing how to implement a #TWiCs strategy in an existing cohort; the main challenge is that the intervention is #SABR #SBRT and there is a large heterogeneity in tx strategies. So for example any dose escalation question is complicated by the fact that some centers already use a higher dose as SOC. Complicated to figure out, but so far much fun. #radonc #medphys #clinicaltrials #stats
