Now 89 yo who presented with Oligo mHSPC. I gave him SBRT 35/5 prostate, 30/5 to acetabulum in Dec '12 + 15mo ADT (ending Jun '13)

9y after his T is 17.9, PSA 6.7 (yet to restart ADT)

Probably too early to post this here, but yesterday we spent a long time discussing how to implement a #TWiCs strategy in an existing cohort; the main challenge is that the intervention is #SABR #SBRT and there is a large heterogeneity in tx strategies. So for example any dose escalation question is complicated by the fact that some centers already use a higher dose as SOC. Complicated to figure out, but so far much fun. #radonc #medphys #clinicaltrials #stats
