Improving diets at any age brings reductions in mortality & increases in quality of life.
Modeling shows 10+ years for a 20-year-old who improves diet; however modeling shows impressive gains for people in their 60’s (9 years) and even 80’s (3 years).
Most significant change is reduction of 🥩 & increases in legumes, but reducing processed foods & increasing 🍉 🍎 & 🥗 also impactful.
