Jaime Green writes about the search for life on other planets in her book "The Possibility of Life." She notes that the number of exoplanets we have discovered has increased exponentially over the past couple of decades and interviews scientists in a variety of fields. She also sees science fiction as a way to think about what life on other worlds might be like.
