I'm ok with rainbow-washing corporate branding, for the same reason I'm ok with green-washing such as putting cute bikes on like a tote bag or whatever. It normalizes #SOGIESC diversity just like it normalizes "bikes are good!" and I think the good outweighs the harm done by the fact that they may actually be lying (including to themselves) about it.
