@Hiker Der Zusammenhang ist, dass die #SRG kein gewinnstrebiges Unternehmen, sondern ein von der Bevölkerung bezahlter Service Public ist und sich deshalb nutzerfreundlich zu verhalten hat. Das müsste im Übrigen für alle Bundesbetriebe, kantonalen Anstalten und auch das kommunale Wasserwerk gelten.
