Good to see Island Fisheries Heritage Licence Bill raised in the Dáil yesterday by @Martin_Kenny & @McConalogue. Our fisheries are theoretically a public resource but in practice quota-controlled stocks can be inaccessible for small-scale fishers, in particular island fishers.1/n
