I've taken my SUP out on the canals of Amsterdam 7 times, and I've fallen off the board twice. The 2nd time was yesterday, near the end of my session when I was adjusting my stance and fell off the back into the Amstel.
I also snapped this photo of 6 of the "7 bridges" on Reguliersgracht.

I've had worse days. I was right skipping lunch for paddleboarding. I feel much better.
Teño tido días peores. Fixen ben ir tomalo aire e sol na hora do xantar (ao fin non xantei), moito máis relaxado e tranquilo. Sen ruído. Só as pequenas ondas contra a táboa. A brisa.
