#RoadSafety colleagues: In my ongoing quest to reduce #crash exposure for pedestrians at 2-stage crossings (with a median/pedestrian refuge), I'm in search of examples of 2-stage #pedestrian cossings that either:

* Do not require a second request for a #WalkSignal from the #RefugeIsland (one #BegButton controls both stages), or

* Immediately trigger a ped phase when a walk signal is triggered from the refuge island.

F) Also not going to go into this right now, but we have a a few things we can do with pre-certifying quote retweets. Basically I can look at what they want to say ahead of time and "approve" it by giving them a token.

Well behaved servers can reject any content that hasn't done that, so while the abusive content gets passed around the abusers instances it doesn't make it to mine (though I can still see it).

Remember, this is about build a #SafErSystem not a #SafeSystem.
