As a Descendant, I often have to remind people of this.. That these Women were never ACTUALLY witches, they were simply healers, planters, midwives, scientists, mothers, and often just wise older women within their communities.

Just a Reminder; Those who suffered and died there were not #Witches and held to their faith even as they died.
Please don't disrespect their spirits by calling them witches."
Every so often though, I do feel a pull in my heart that even if she wasn't truly a Witch.. Being hung as one would stick with her soul, and today she would have LOVED to get revenge as one.. and that's where I come in! 😈
To be honest, there is not a single day that goes by that I don't think about Elizabeth (Jackson) Howe and wonder what kind of woman she'd be today.
