Work to do, hopefully some time to spend on #Trailhead prepping for a #Salesforce cert, then off to the book store with my sweetie this evening.

Okay #Salesforce people...the time has finally come. After 4 years of being the primary point person for all things SF at my company, they're finally letting me tag along to #Dreamforce this year.

What advice or recommendations do you have? (That don't exist only to keep eyes on your blog.)

Dang. I have had my head buried in flows and formulas for the last 3 weeks. FINALLY worked out some time zone related math that I'd been avoiding all week. Busy as all get out and certainly frustrating at times, but I really love working in flows. It's just always a fun puzzle to solve.

So, I'm part of the great #TwitterMigration (or should that be #TwitterEvacuation), and hearing about #Mastodon, thought I'd give it a try. And love it so much I decided to host an instance!

By trade, I'm a software developer working in the telecommunications industry, with experience in #Java, but recently I've been working a lot with #Salesforce #Vlocity.

Company is not exactly thrilled that #Slack (which is our main communication tool) gets sold to #SalesForce.
