For #FotoMontag here's part of the shoreline at Cap Salou in Spain from a week's holiday with the family spent there back in 2012. This was a lovely area to stay in, ideally located for day trips to Barcelona, Reus, and Tarragona, and while Salou had the golden beaches and promenades, nearby Cap Salou had the beautiful rocky coves to admire.

For #TravelTuesday here's the Els Pilons sculpture on the shoreline at #Salou in #Spain. Inspired by #origami, this sculpture represents a #sail on the #Mediterranean, and was designed by Antoni Roselló. We spent a week in this area of Spain in 2012 and it made for an attractive location within easy public transport reach of more historical sites like Tarragona and Barcelona.

Some #StreetPhotography from #Reus in #Spain. We were staying in nearby #Salou for a week in 2012 but headed out most days to nearby towns and cities, and with nearby Barcelona having plenty of Antoni Gaudí architecture that we'd admired it only seemed right to visit the place where he was born too. I liked the gender stereotypical colouring that this couple were wearing so I had to grab a shot.

A bit of slightly processed #Modernist #Architecture from #Salou in #Spain taken on a holiday there with my family back in 2016. You can see immediately that there's some #Brutalism in effect here but the curved corners to the matching buildings hints at Streamline Moderne #ArtDeco influences too. What I liked about these buildings was how the effect on the edges was almost to make the hard, gritty, concrete buildings look soft and cushioned.
