This young lady is someone my daughter got to know in hospital. She's brave and spirited despite having had some very hard times in her life's journey.

What charities do people support and why?

We all see the adverts and we know of many of the causes, you want to give to all of them but can't.

When stopped in the street, if shown a bucket you may put in but more often its a clipboard looking for that direct debit.

Locally we support Barnardo's where we take items regularly.

I support #Samaritans as someone who used them a lot in the past. I think its essential someone is there at those darkest of times. They save lives.
