It's been a busy, tough week for one reason or another, trying to balance having a bunch more stuff on my plate to deal with, but without pushing myself into a major #MECFS crash.

But, we're lucky to have the amazing Rimrose Park nearby - a massive, relatively wild space, which makes for the perfect Saturday morning dog walk to round the week off nicely (and which *definitely* shouldn't be turned into a dual carriageway ...)
