Florida Teachers Aide Who Was Hospitalized After Being Savagely Beaten by 6'6" 270' Student Says She Never Confiscated His Nintendo Switch

Joan Naydich, a paraprofessional at Matanzas High School in Palm Coast, Fl. said:

“I just want to set the record straight. I never took the Nintendo Switch from him. From anyone that’s read or heard differently, I’ve been told this was unfortunately misinformation,”

Depa knocked Naydich to the floor knocking her unconscious, but continued to beat her until he was restrained by 4 adults.

Depa a special ed student is considered "behaviorally disabled" was arrested 3x in 2019 for aggravated assault.

He will be tried as an adult for aggravated battery and can face up to 30 years.
