@KarlBode Do ‘#ScienceJournalists ‘ who wrote puff pieces about #ElmoMush ‘s #Hyperloop still have a job - in journalism?

@nboke That's exactly the reason why I think it makes sense to have one aimed at #ScienceJournalists as many might find it a bit weird to join a #SciComm instance. Joining a very large instance doesn't make sense and joining an academic one is also hard: which one to choose? Eventually we have to learn a few new ways to do our work. #hashtags for instance. At a certain point you'll follow those and not servers. We have to get used to work different on this system. More instances inst. of less 😃

Would it make sense to start an instance aimed at science journalists? Maybe hosted/paid for by the European Federation for Science Journalism? (#efsj).
I have the feeling many science journalists now not really know where to go.
What do other #ScienceJournalists think?
I can imagine the blue bird is still an important place to go for journalists, but building is often easier with less people on it ;-)

Hi Fedipeople, I am trying to find #ScienceJournalists writing in English and covering #Biology topics who are already here. Can you please help me complement this list?
