A Plantain Squirrel (Callosciurus notatus) spotted at Pasir Ris Park, Singapore, on 13 April 2022, gathering a lot of material. After taking this shot, it took off and quickly ran over open ground to another tree tens of metres away.

A Slender Squirrel (Sundasciurus tenuis) spotted at Upper Seletar Reservoir Park on 3 Oct 2021. It came down, rummaged through the undergrowth and found something to eat.
Slender Squirrels are forest inhabitants and not seen as often as the more common Plantain squirrel locally.
