I also got two additional #storage /organisers yesterday that were half price at #Screwfix. Some adjustable compartments, top secures down to stop bits mingling.

The kitchen pots will do for now but it would be nice to get the storage consistent.

Today I need a couple of angle brackets. Checked #Screwfix website, in stock. OK click and collect.

Checkout says authorise your payment (£2.37) in the banking app. New phone so app not set up. By the time I get it so, lost option to authorise.

Can't buy again as there was only 1 pack in stock and that's now allocated to my failed order. Wait for it to time out. Doesn't!

Drive to store, they physically have the item, no-one else has ordered it, but they can't sell it to me!

#Screwfix: guy cuts into collection queue from pay now queue, accuses me of pushing in, refuses to acknowledge clear signage. Have to lock my bike outside, staff not always on best form (understandably)

#Toolstation: always friendly, let me bring dog or bike in, jovial queuing if needed at all.
