I am a writer of fiction interested in telling stories about people and their relationship with urban areas, and about women and their bodies. I am an Associate Professor of Latinx Literature and my research is on the #NewLatinoBoom, which is the 21st Century literary movement in Spanish in the US.
I am the editor of #LaPilsenReview, the book review section of literary magazine El BeiSmAn.

Soy escritora de ficción y generalmente escribo historias de la relación entre las personas y las urbes, y de la transformación de los cuerpos de las mujeres. Soy profesora de literatura latinoamericana y latinx y mi investigación actual se centra en el #NewLatinoBoom, el movimiento de literatura en español propio de EE UU en el siglo XXI. Soy editora de #LaPilsenReview, la sección de reseñas de libros de la revista El BeiSmAn.
