About #searchengine, the best compromise I've found so far between #privacy and performance is https://searx.org/

Be careful though, this instance seems to use some #Cloudflare technology as it was specified here: https://searx.space/ (not anymore for some reason).

searx.org use SearXNG, a fork of #SearX but the level of privacy is pretty close (SearX seems slightly better on that matter according to the dev chats).

@SpaceGeek Couple weeks ago I chuckled about people calling out "censorship" when #DDG downranked (not removed) Russian propaganda. That's not censorship, as the "information" can still be found and it just showed how deep some people are in their rabbit holes.

But straight up removing pages like that from the results? That I consider censorship.

Time to spin up my own #SearX instance, I guess.
