The German word for Springtime worsening of depression is Frühjahrsmüdigkeit https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Springtime_lethargy
Bipolar disorder & in particular insomnia does worsen around this time of year, so that is a bit of a yellow (not red) flag to be mindful of.
