Hi folks, I'm looking for good learning resources on anatomy drawing basics. The intended audience is an intermediate artist with an existing grasp of art equipment, art and medical terminology, anatomy and life drawing in general, who wants to 'go back to basics'.

These resources are googlable, however I figure this community is likely to have better, more nuanced recommendations than a search engine will.

Does anyone have any good recipes for Thanksgiving sides that are on the fresher, greener side? I've been challenged to bring a side and I understand that the other sides on offer will be richer and starchier. Is fresh and light even allowed? My knowledge of American culture and cuisine is lacking something here.
