Hi I'm PocketEleri (or just Eleri).
I am a big fan of #RetroGaming, with a lot of love for the #NintendoDS #GameBoyAdvance #SegaMegaDrive / #SegaGenesis in particular. Although I wouldn't call my self a collector.
Recently got back into reading, my main loves are #ScienceFiction and #Fantasy. But I also like to read non-fiction about #VideoGames, either books or articles I saved to read on my Kobo.

I hate to admit it (because I backed the ROM on Kickstarter and in the end it did not run on most flash carts), but #DemonsOfAsteborg is a real fun game and since it works with the #SegaMegaDrive emulator that comes with the Miyoo Custom Firmware (https://github.com/TriForceX/MiyooCFW) for the #PocketGo, I have kind of made my peace with it. #SegaGenesis

I built a #c64 Mega Switcher tonight. Now I can connect my wireless #SegaMegaDrive controller to my #Commodore64 without destroying it. I can also toggle the ports and jump in platformers by pressing buttons instead of "up". #SegaGenesis #RetroComputing #RetroGaming

The game is a mix of a Shoote'em Up and a platformer. The first stage is pretty conventional and the story is about a damsel in distress. The real fun starts when the knight learns how to defy gravity after defeating the end boss of stage one (which again looks pretty badass). #Sega #SegaMegaDrive #SegaGenesis

I was away for a few days and when I returned, I found Alice Sisters by #OrionSoft, published by #PixelHeart in my mailbox. I had completely forgotten that I had pre-ordered it in April. It's a puzzle platformer. I am dead tired tonight and only had enough energy to play through level 1, but I had fun so far.
