Das aktuelle Eckpapier für #SelfID sieht u.a. vor, dass jeder Mann sich ohne Prüfung zur Frau erklären und damit in alle bislang geschützten Frauen- und Mädchenräume eindringen kann - also Krankenhauszimmer, Frauenhäuser, Umkleide im Fitness, Duschen im Schwimmbad, Frauensauna, Sportvereine …
Frauen dürfen sich dann dagegen nicht wehren u. haben das bei Strafe zu schlucken.
Ich finde, dass Frauenräume unverzichtbar sind — aber das darf ich hier nicht sagen. Wurde schon 'abgemahnt'.

Jedes Argument gegen #SelfID ist halt nur ein Strohmann. Ist doch wahr. FARTs machen sich so lächerlich.
Ich will auf social media gar nicht soviel über Politik reden eben weil ich ein sehr politischer Mensch bin. Aber unsere Gesetze gegen Trans Menschen sind veraltet und deswegen wird es Zeit für das Selbstbestimmungsgesetz. Ich verstehe nicht warum diese Leute so unrealistische Vorstellungen von der Welt haben. Wer schaden will, braucht keine SelfID.

Ich biete Selbsthilfe an und kulturelle Kurse für Frauen - wenn #SelfID kommt, werden die nicht mehr stattfinden können.

In positive news this Friday evening, a commission in Queensland has just strongly recommended they join states like Tasmania in adopting #selfID for #trans people!

They note that expert testimony indicates the benefits, and that the concerns are unwarranted, referencing Tasmania’s self ID laws being in place for years now without any negative consequences 💜

It's not the SNP that are playing politics with trans rights, it's the Tories. The #SelfID bill cross party support in Scotland, and wasn't a party political issue. The Tories haven't even referred it to the Supreme Court, because they know they'll lose! #thenewsquiz

That's a lie. The Scottish #SelfID bill does not "let anyone just decide" to change their gender. It still requires you to have lived as your gender for a time period.
#bbcpm should do their research before discussing with politicians!

I don't understand why the Tories have decided to die on this hill of battling the SNP on #SelfID. The claim this clashes with equality law is nonsense - as proven by nations which already have self ID. This is purely a culture war distraction by the #SelfServatives.
