For example, I'm doing my #NewYearsResolution one month in advance (i.e. this month). I like that New Year's Eve allows for more self-awareness on what things to improve on. But I found myself feeling too pressured to do them. So this is helping me avoid that; this month will be focused on building the good habits ♥️
