I find it really unfortunate that #zuckerberg called their project #metaverse as its primary focus doesn't seem to be metadata but #virtualReality and #augmentedReality.

When I heard metaverse, I thought of a universe of metadata that's easily browsable. Is #semanticWeb the right term for that?

Imagine I push out a new design or idea and what to start gathering feedback on it asap

@slightlyoff the further we can move from #React the better IMHO. It's taught people bad patterns in #webDev and set back #webComponents as people focused on the wrong thing.

As usual we're now looking back 20 years at the #semanticWeb and having to restart from scratch essentially
