Today I have signed a decree on general #mobilization,’ self-proclaimed #Donetsk People's Republic leader, Denis Pushilin, said in a video message. Another #separatist leader, Leonid Pasechnik, signed a similar decree for the #Luhansk People's Republic shortly afterwards.”
