Started #duloxetine (#Cymbalta for north Americans lol) today for the 1st time.

Hoping combined with starting + actually taking #Lamotrigine (#Lamictal - mood stabiliser) that it will help my mood.

I’ve been off meds for months so makes sense to start the new #antidepressants now (originally was moving from #sertraline aka #Zoloft but haven’t taken it in ages lol) so might as well give it a go.

Hoping for stability + renewed resilience/positivity but maybe a miracle ask 😂 #mentalhealth

Good morning from Thaxted. Started my double dose of #sertraline this morning. Will be interesting to see how quickly this effects a change in the way I am feeling. Woken up tearful again this morning. It's making me look old and tired. Oh. Yeah.

Last week my doctor suggested upping my sertraline/Zoloft dosage for a while, this week’s doctor wasn’t too convinced. I’ve got the prescription for an increased dose, but now I’ve got The Fear about taking it… #Sertraline #zoloft

I'm currently suffering with #depression, I haven't been at work since June.
Now on my 3rd different medication.
Had #Citalopram & #Sertraline neither worked
Now on #Fluoxetine (#Prozac)
Hoping to see a change
