So I'm at the #ServiceOntario #today with the PT (petulant/precocious teenager) getting his provincial health card renewed. The wonderful lady says "Well, now that you're 16, I have to ask you whether you'd like to be a organ donor?"

I knew there would be a pause (its a hefty decision), but it stretched further than anticipated, until I realized: "no no" I said, "she means when or if you DIE accidentally". We all laughed (him with relief) and he said yes.

Went to #ServiceOntario downtown #Barrie today and I finally got #GiftOfLife green ribbon (for organ donation) graphic licence plates! I thought I was going to have to order them!
