You know that moment when you have to do a thing (cancel my car insurance because I went with a different provider) and you psych yourself up and then the call disconnects or you can't get through or whatever... and you just *know* you're going to miss the deadline now but you feel powerless to stop the 💩 from hitting the fan..??
