@Jennifer_Pinkley #Shrinking is great. I found the plot of #HelloTomorrow a bit thin, and though #BillyCrudup puts in a good performance it’s not enough to carry the whole thing. Basically the whole first season feels like it should have been a 1-hour pilot, and I’m still not sure it would have been commissioned. But some people seem to like it. #AppleTVPlus

#AppleTVPlus has some terrific shows, including #TedLasso, #Shrinking, #SlowHorses, and #BadSisters, at the moment. Sadly, #HelloTomorrow is not one of them. How this show ever got made is beyond me. 🤷‍♂️

Watched the first two episodes of #Shrinking, which I found considerably funnier and more enjoyable than the review below suggests. Far from the humour coming from ’straight talk’, it is rooted in the unfolding relationships between the characters.
