Da gebe ich die bei vielem in der Kategorie #fantasy völlig recht.

Viel an pop-Fantasy ist ziemlich banal.

Aber einige ( #Murakami, #LeGuin, #Pratchett oder Dan #Simmons...) können da schon was. Fantasy ist durchaus mehr als Harry Potter - aber richtige Fantasy ist halt oft nicht Populär.

Beispielsweise kennt kaum jemand den World Fantasy Award - so mein Eindruck - oder die #Autoren, die da Preise bekommen.

Is there a ranking of the most cringe #nba time-out shows? Brooklyn Nets would be my number 1 pick.

Still, its one of the teams I was rooting for the most. I know they stand no chance to even beat 76ers. But Ben #Simmons finally getting a ring without even playing would be hilarious!

Stumbled upon 'The #Rainbow' movie tonight which documents a bar in L.A. wich apparently is closely tied to rock 'n roll history. The likes of #Lemmi Kilmister and Gene #Simmons were featured and recounted their stories. So far, so mildly interesting.
However, when they droned on about their music in their time being the best and almost nothing good having come after 1985 I had to switch channels.

Why do old people not understand, that their perspective is not objectively the truth?
