The village where I live is following the lead of other municipalities and requiring that restaurants only provide #Disposable silverware when requested by patrons, eliminating the waste that happens when these are given automatically. This is a great starting point, but we need to go so much further -- eliminating #SingleUsePlastics entirely as a next step.
