My son experienced his first #SleepParalysis aka #OldHagSyndrome overnight. Fortunately, he knew exactly what was happening as we have talked about my own experiences of it in the past. He admitted that if we had not had those conversations he would have been scared (even with knowledge it was still unnerving). I was terrified when it first happened to me as a teenager because I had no previous knowledge of it - in fact, I was convinced that I was being physically attacked by some evil entity!
