to awake from greeds dream.
To be “woke” and count costs.
To look what deeds mean.

In their self reflecting eyes
all virtue’s just show.
With sacrifice meaningless,
unless someone else knows.

They can’t understand,
and perhaps never will.
From a capitalist frame
of kill or be killed.

Please be woke sleepwalkers.
There’s a future to till.
A socialist world
of sharing to build.
